Eritage Select Wines
Eritage Sparkling Chardonnay On the nose, you’ll find bright notes of fresh green apple and lemon zest, with hints of cold, briny sea breeze and ocean battered black stone from the coast. The palate brings strong blasts of tart crisp acidity of Granny Smith apples and gooseberries, sprinkled with sea salt and cold winter wind. The dry finish leaves lasting impressions of bright, clean acidity and refreshing crispness.
Eritage Cabernet Franc Rosé has a pale salmon hue. Abundantly fruity, it has notes of strawberry, rhubarb, honeydew melon, rose petal and hibiscus. The flavors are dry and crisp with a generous palate yet with a feel of lightness.
Eritage Syrah is dark and rich in color, with smooth and refined blackberry, and currant flavors resulting from a very ripe 2020 Vintage. The aromas are a combination of dark fruit, tobacco and smooth cedar while the finish is a combination of leather and deep berry and cherry.
Eritage Malbec is dark in color and well balanced. This semi-dry wine has a sweet fragrant forward with rich notes of blackberry, oak and a slightly earthy and peppery taste.
Eritage Cabernet Sauvignon A bright rich dark color with complex flavors of black current, blackberry, and black cherry with notes of blueberry, spice, tobacco, wood and vanilla.
Eritage Reserve Wines
2022 Eritage Syrah Opening with blackberry, cocoa dust, and blueberry compote, this estate Syrah is juicy and fresh on the palate. Notes of blueberry and black cherry dominate with a finish reminiscent of licorice and smooth, French oak. With 25% new oak, 3% Viognier co-ferment, and 33% whole cluster, this wine is a complex mix of flavor and elegance.
2022 Eritage Malbec This estate Malbec opens with blue fruit and baking spices with suggestions of blackberry pie - the hint of pastry is subtle but harmonious. The palate is rich, fruit driven and seamless, with a brilliant core of black and blue fruits, with chocolate nibs, vanilla bean and a touch of violet blossom. Powerful, bold, very smooth, with a long, luscious finish.
2022 Eritage Cabernet Sauvignon This is a stunning example of estate Eritage Cabernet Sauvignon, with exceptional complexity, balance, and elegance. It draws you in with dark fruit and opens with nutmeg. The layers are juicy, with black raspberry and Bing cherry, echoed on the palate framed by bright acidity and firm tannins.
