Our Chef
The Restaurant at Eritage Resort captures the essence of Walla Walla. It is led by Executive Chef Jose Gutierrez. He is a Walla Walla local, since 1992, and discovered his passion for cooking, at age 15, when he started working in the food industry. With each dish that is served, Chef Jose, finds that the most rewarding part is seeing others enjoy his creations. Chef Jose is excited to incorporate open-fire cooking techniques with locally sourced ingredients from around the valley to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience at Eritage Resort.
