Led by Chef Arturo Tello, drawing from deep ancestral roots, each dish is an elegant fusion of international inspiration and Mexican heart—from charcoal grilled steaks and seafood to delicate aguachiles, all kissed with the warm, smoky essence of home. Our menu evolves with the seasons and is crafted with purpose, sourcing the finest ingredients from local farmers, ranchers, and artisans who share our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Complementing our menu is a dynamic seasonal cocktail program that showcases fresh, inventive flavors and artisanal spirits, as well as a thoughtfully curated wine list highlighting both local wineries and exceptional international selections.

Easter Brunch
Celebrate the joy of spring with us at our Easter Egg Hunt & Peter Rabbit–Themed Easter Buffet Brunch on Saturday, April 4th.
The morning begins with a festive Easter Egg Hunt at 10:00 AM, perfect for families and little ones to enjoy the excitement of the season.
After the hunt, join us for a Peter Rabbit–inspired Easter Buffet Brunch served from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, featuring a delicious spread of springtime favorites and chef-crafted specialties.
Guests can enjoy a variety of seasonal dishes including deviled eggs, fresh salads, tea sandwiches, roasted carrots, and lemon herb fingerling potatoes, alongside our featured entrées such as whole roasted salmon and roasted leg of lamb. Be sure to save room for our sweet treats, including carrot cake, warm cinnamon rolls, strawberry shortcake, and other delightful desserts.
Bring the family, celebrate the season, and enjoy a charming Easter tradition filled with great food, spring flavors, and a little bit of Peter Rabbit magic.

Our Chef
The Restaurant at Eritage Resort captures the essence of Walla Walla. It is led by Executive Chef Arturo Tello Jr. He is a Walla Walla native and developed a passion for food from a young age, first inspired by his mother's cooking and the flavors that encompass his Latin ancestry. As a graduate of Wine Country Culinary Institute, he has been a part of the culinary industry in the valley for 10 years. Chef Arturo is excited to incorporate open-fire cooking techniques with locally sourced ingredients from around the valley to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience at Eritage Resort.
