The land is owned by Business Growth Capital LLC, a California limited liability company owned by Stella, Queena, and John. John is the sole owner of Eritage LLC and developed the property with the goal of creating a unique luxury wine country experience.

Our team is onsite 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.

Eritage includes 20 luxury suites and a restaurant menu featuring locally grown ingredients sourced from family farmers and ranchers. The restaurant and bar highlight local Washington wineries and include old-world selections.
